AALA 2023 Conference Fee Payments
Registration and payment
Registration is open through the conference website (https://aala2023tokyo.wixsite.com/home/registration)
Payment is open through PayPal on the AALA website (this page)
Please make sure to type your name in Roman ALPHABET letters. (e.g. John Smith, Taro Yamada, etc.)
Please make sure to use the same name and email address you will use when making your payment.
When making your payment...
Please note payment must be done in US Dollars through PayPal.
Please make sure to use the same name (in Roman alphabet letters) and email address you used when registering.
Once payment has been processed, there will not be a refund basically under any conditions.
Registration deadlines will be reset based on Japan Standard Time (GMT +9 hours).
Early Bird registration will close on Thursday July 13, 17:30 (JST).
Regular registration will be open from Friday July 14, 9:30 (JST) to Sunday August 13, 23:59 (JST).
Trouble with registration/payment
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any problems processing your registration or payment.
Confirmation of registration and payment
Once we confirm both your registration and payment, we will contact you with your confirmation.
Confirmation of Early Bird registration will be sent after Friday July 14.
Confirmation of Regular registration will be sent after Monday August 14.
Workshops, reception, and banquet will have a fixed capacity. Registration will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please note that some participants may not be able to attend either of the above due to capacity despite completing both registration and payment.
There will be a refund for those who will not be able to attend the workshop, reception, or banquet due to capacity.
Letter of Invitation

Please note that Letter of Invitation will be ready in 5~7 business days after we received the inquiry.
