Conference participants can register for the conference, pre-conference workshops, and conference banquet by credit card or cash. Please see the table below for further details about the deadlines for different types of registration and payment methods.
All rates below include lunch and coffee break(s) for the applicable date(s) and Welcome Dinner on May 19.
* Presenters of papers and posters must pay the Full Conference Rate.
* Places of the Conference Banquet are limited. Reserve your seat early.
How to make payments
1. Credit card payment option: Please go to the Registration Payment Page to make your payment.
2. Cash payment: All cash payments must be made in US dollars on site (May 19-21). Please download the On-site Payment Registration Form (PDF), fill it out and print it out, and bring it with your payment to the registration desk. The form can be filled in on the file. Please fill in the values for each item you would like to make a payment. If you use Adobe Reader or Acrobat, the total amount will be automatically calculated.
3. Workshop and Conference Banquet attendees using cash payment on site: If you wish to secure your seat(s) at any of the workshop(s) or the conference banquet, please complete the form below and send it to email@example.com as e-mail attachment by April 29.
Those who have not registered for AALA are cordially invited to become members of AALA by completing the membership application form at http://www.aalawebsite.com/#!contact/con8
